I. He Regenerates/Gives Birth to the Believer (John 3; Titus 3)

       A. Born of the Spirit (John 3:3, 7)

       B. Washing of Regeneration & Renewing of the Holy Spirit (Titus 3:5b)

II. He Indwells the Believer (I Corinthians 6:19, Romans 8:9)

      A. Body is the Temple of the Holy Ghost (I Corinthians 6:19)

      B. If any man have not the Spirit of God he is none of His (Romans 8:19)

III. He Seals the Believer (Ephesians 1:13, 14; II Corinthians 1:21, 22; II Timothy 2:19)

      A. Who has also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts. (II Corinthians 1:22)

      B. Ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of Promise (Ephesians 1:13)

      C. Seal is the sign of Ownership/Protection by God (II Timothy 2:19; Revelation 7:3-8, 9:4)

IV. He Adopts the Believer (Romans 8:14-16; Galatians 4:5, 6)

      A. But ye have received the Spirit of Adoption (Romans 8:15)

      B. That we might receive the adoption of sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of His Son (Galatians 4:5, 6)

V. He Empowers the Believer for Victory in Life and Service (Romans 8:2, 12, 13)

      A. For the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the Law of sin and death (Romans 8:2)

      B. If ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live (Romans 8:13)

VI. He Fills the Believer (Acts 2:4; Ephesians 5:18)

      A. They were all filled with the Holy Ghost (Acts 2:4)

      B. Be filled with the Spirit (Ephesians 5:18)

VII. He Guides the Believer (Romans 8:14; Acts 8:27, 29; 13:2-4; 16:6,7)

     A. In the details of daily life (Romans 8:14)

     B. In the area of service (Acts 8:27, 29)

VIII. He Anoints the Believer (I John 2:20, 27; Luke 4:18)

    A. For Knowledge, Teaching & Discernment (John 14:26; 16:13; I John 2:20, 27; I Corinthians 2:9-14)

    B. For Preaching/Ministry (Luke 4:18)

IX. He Performs the Ministry of  The Lord Jesus Christ in the Believer (John 14; 15; 16)

    A. He Comforts the Believer (John 14:16-18)                 

    B. He Teaches All Things (John 14:26      

    C. He Brings All Things to Remembrance (John 14:26)

    D. He Testifies of The Lord Jesus Christ (John 15:26)       

  

    E. He Guides into All Truth (John 16:13) 

    F. He Shows Things to Come (John 16:13)

    G. He Glorifies The Lord Jesus Christ (John 16:14      

    H. He Receives from the Lord Jesus Christ and Shows to Us (John 16:14, 15)

 X. He Ministers in our Praying to God (Romans 8:26)

      A. He Helps our Infirmities

      B. He Makes Intercession for Us
